What We Collect

We collect only the minimum data required to process your top-up request:

Your Nigerian mobile phone number (recipient only)
The Aptos transaction hash you submit (publicly verifiable on-chain)
The sending wallet address (read automatically from the public blockchain)
Network selection, top-up type, and amount

What We Do Not Collect

No private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials — ever
No wallet connection or signing permission is requested
No name, email address, or identity documents
No biometric or location data
No browsing behaviour beyond this page session

How Your Data Is Used

Your phone number and network are passed to our licensed telecom fulfilment partner solely to deliver the airtime or data you purchased. Your transaction hash is used to verify payment on the public Aptos blockchain. The sending wallet address is read from chain data only — we never ask you to connect or authorise a wallet. We do not profile, sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or third parties for any other purpose.

Data Retention

Transaction records (sending address, phone, amount, tx hash, status) are retained for a maximum of 90 days for dispute resolution and refund processing, then permanently deleted. Local browser history (Recent Transactions) is stored only on your own device and can be cleared at any time via the Clear button.

Regulatory Framework

30×Tech Research processes personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) issued by NITDA. We operate as a Data Controller for all personal data collected through this service.

Lawful Basis for Processing

Contract performance — processing your order and delivering the service
Legal obligation — fraud prevention, replay-attack protection, refund records
Legitimate interest — service abuse prevention and daily transaction limits

Technical Security Measures

All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3 via Cloudflare
No wallet connection is ever requested — your private keys and seed phrase never leave your device
Payment verification is performed entirely against the public Aptos blockchain; no card, bank, or wallet credential data is ever handled
The sending wallet address is read from on-chain data only — you submit only your transaction hash
Rate limiting (20 requests/min per IP) and daily caps (5 top-ups/number/day) protect against automated abuse
Transaction replay guards prevent double-processing of any on-chain payment hash
APT amounts are independently re-derived from our live price feed — frontend-submitted amounts cannot inflate service value
All records stored in a secured, access-controlled cloud database with restricted API access

Breach Notification

In the unlikely event of a personal data breach affecting your rights, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware, in compliance with NDPA 2023.

Service Description

30×Tech Research operates as a crypto-to-telecom liquidity bridge. You pay in $APT (Aptos) and we deliver the equivalent Nigerian airtime or data bundle to the recipient number you specify. We are not a regulated financial service, VAS licence holder, or telecom operator.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older
The recipient number must be a valid Nigerian mobile number (MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9Mobile)
You must have access to an Aptos wallet capable of sending $APT on Mainnet
This service is for personal, non-commercial use only

How the Service Works

You select your network, enter a phone number, choose an amount, and receive a quote in $APT. You then send the exact APT amount shown to our treasury address using any Aptos wallet, and paste the resulting transaction hash into this page. Our backend verifies the payment on-chain and dispatches the airtime or data automatically.

Pricing & Rate Lock

$APT / NGN exchange rates are sourced from live market feeds and updated every 30 seconds. A displayed quote is locked for 3 minutes. After expiry the rate refreshes and you are returned to Step 1. A 1% platform fee applies to all transactions. The APT amount you must send is always calculated server-side — the amount shown is authoritative.

Your Responsibilities

Send the exact APT amount shown — sending less will fail verification; sending more will not be refunded above the quoted amount
Send to the correct treasury address displayed — we cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address
Submit a valid transaction hash from a completed (not pending) on-chain transaction
Double-check the recipient phone number before submitting — wrong numbers cannot be refunded

Refund Policy

If your APT payment is confirmed on-chain but the telecom service fails to deliver, a full APT refund (excluding Aptos network gas fees) will be issued within 24 hours
Refunds are sent to the originating wallet address as read from the on-chain transaction
No refund is possible if the wrong phone number was entered
No refund if the amount sent does not match the quoted amount
Aptos network gas fees are non-refundable in all circumstances

Prohibited Uses

Topping up numbers you do not own or have authorisation to top up
Submitting transaction hashes that do not correspond to genuine payments to our treasury
Any use that violates Nigerian law or applicable sanctions
Automated or bot-driven transaction submissions
Resale or commercial arbitrage of purchased airtime/data

Limitation of Liability

30×Tech Research is not liable for losses arising from: incorrect amounts sent, funds sent to wrong addresses, market rate volatility after quote expiry, blockchain congestion or delays, or telecom network downtime outside our control. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the NGN value of the failed transaction.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We encourage all disputes to be resolved directly via WhatsApp before any formal action. If a dispute cannot be settled amicably, it shall be referred to the courts of Lagos State.
